Contact Tip Series

Contact tips are the primary wear item in MIG welding. They guide the wire and transfer current to it. We stock tips in E-CU (electrolytic copper) and CuCrZr (chrome-copper-zirconium) alloys — also available in Neoweld premium grade for extended service life.

Material Grades Available:
E-CU — Standard electrolytic copper. Good conductivity, economical. ‧ CuCrZr — Chrome-copper-zirconium alloy. Up to 4× longer life in high-heat welding. ‧ Neoweld — Premium grade for maximum conductivity and service life in production environments.
Panasonic

Panasonic Contact Tips — M6×40 & M6×45

Standard Panasonic contact tips in M6 thread in two standard lengths. The M6×40 is the most common for 200A guns; M6×45 for 350A and 500A guns where extended tip length improves arc stability on longer stick-out welds.

Swan Neck Series

The swan neck is the curved front section of the torch that connects the cable assembly to the tip holder and nozzle. It sets the torch angle and determines torch reach into the weld joint.
