Tip holders (also called tip adapters or diffusers) hold the contact tip in position and conduct current from the swan neck to the tip. Available in screw-inside and screw-outside variants for all major brands.
Copper tip holder for Panasonic 200A torch assembly. Screw-inside design threads into the swan neck and accepts the M6 contact tip from the front. Precision-machined for reliable electrical contact and easy tip change.
OTC-compatible 350A tip holder with internal screw thread. Matches OTC 350A torch swan necks precisely, maintaining correct tip alignment for stable arc geometry during welding.
Panasonic 350A tip holder featuring the screw-outside design where the tip holder threads onto the exterior of the swan neck body. Ensures secure coupling and positive electrical contact in medium-heavy duty welding applications.
Heavy-duty 500A tip holders for high-amperage welding torches. Available in both OTC and Panasonic configurations, and in screw-inside or screw-outside variants. Built for sustained high-current operation without deformation or failure.
Complete Binzel-standard tip holder range covering all Binzel gun series. Each model is dimensionally matched to the corresponding Binzel swan neck and accepts the correct Binzel contact tip thread specification. Available individually or as sets.
Heavy-duty tip holder for the Binzel 501D water-cooled welding gun. Designed for steel welding applications at 500A. The robust copper body handles sustained high-current operation typical of water-cooled torch configurations.
Brand-compatible tip holders for Lincoln Electric and Bernard welding guns. Ensures correct dimensional fit, positive electrical contact, and full interchangeability with the corresponding contact tip range for these brands.
Contact tips are the primary wear item in MIG welding. They guide the wire and transfer current to it. We stock tips in E-CU (electrolytic copper) and CuCrZr (chrome-copper-zirconium) alloys — also available in Neoweld premium grade for extended service life.
Standard Panasonic contact tips in M6 thread in two standard lengths. The M6×40 is the most common for 200A guns; M6×45 for 350A and 500A guns where extended tip length improves arc stability on longer stick-out welds.
Full range of Binzel-specification contact tips for all Binzel gun series. Each tip is precision-bored to the wire diameter for minimum runout and maximum current transfer. Available in E-CU and CuCrZr (Neoweld) grades.
Specially designed contact tips for flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) with Lincoln Electric guns. Flux-cored tips have a slightly larger bore than solid wire tips to accommodate the softer FCAW wire and prevent jamming in the tip during high-deposition welding.
Compatible contact tips for Fronius and Kemppi welding machines — two of the most technology-advanced European welding brands used in Indian precision manufacturing facilities. Correct specification tips ensure optimal arc performance and equipment longevity.
Heavy-duty contact tips for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) processes. SAW tips handle much higher sustained currents than MIG tips and are designed for the larger wire diameters (1.6mm–4.0mm) and extreme heat conditions in submerged arc welding.
Gas nozzles direct the shielding gas around the weld pool. Correct nozzle selection — size, material, and profile — directly affects weld quality and spatter adhesion. We stock cylindrical, conical, and extended-length nozzles for all major torch brands.
Cylindrical copper nozzles for the three main amperage classes. Sized to match the tip holder outer diameter for a positive, gas-tight fit. Available in copper and brass material depending on application and spatter resistance requirements.
The conical nozzle profile improves visibility of the weld pool and provides better gas coverage in narrow joint configurations. The 100mm extended-length nozzle is used when extra stick-out from the torch body is needed, such as in deep groove welds or corner joints.
Full Binzel nozzle range for all standard Binzel gun series. Each nozzle is machined to Binzel's exact specification to ensure correct gas coverage and spatter resistance. Available in both standard and anti-spatter coated variants.
Brand-compatible nozzles for 501D water cooled guns and Miller, Lincoln, Kemppi, and Fronius MIG torches. Each nozzle is matched to the specific OD and length specification of the original torch design for perfect fit and gas performance.
The swan neck is the curved front section of the torch that connects the cable assembly to the tip holder and nozzle. It sets the torch angle and determines torch reach into the weld joint.
Copper swan necks machined to Panasonic specifications in all three standard current ratings. The 45-degree standard angle provides the best visibility and torch access for most welding positions. Custom angles available on request.
Swan necks for all main Binzel gun series. Each swan neck is matched to the Binzel series collar specification for a correct connection to the cable assembly. Copper construction ensures optimal current conduction from cable to tip holder.
OTC-compatible curved swan neck assemblies for 350A and 500A OTC torch configurations. Precision-formed copper necks that provide correct torch geometry and reliable connection to OTC-standard cable assemblies.
Swan necks for the 501D water-cooled torch system. Available in manual (curved) and straight (automatic) configurations. The water passage through the swan neck body ensures cooling reaches the front of the torch during sustained production welding.
Kemppi machine-compatible swan neck assembly providing correct torch angle and connection specification for Kemppi MIG welding equipment. Maintains precise torch geometry to ensure consistent arc parameters during production welding.
Liners guide the wire from the feeder through the torch cable to the contact tip. Steel liners are used for steel wire; PTFE (Teflon) liners are essential for soft wires like aluminium and flux-cored to prevent birdnesting. Available in 3M, 4M, and 5M lengths.
Drive rollers (feed rolls) are the V-grooved wheels in the wire feeder that push the wire through the liner to the torch. Available in V-groove for solid wire and U-groove for flux-cored wire, in sizes matching 0.6mm through 1.6mm wire diameters.
Insulators prevent electrical conduction between the nozzle and the tip holder, protecting the torch from short circuits. Gas diffusers ensure uniform gas distribution around the weld pool for consistent shielding coverage. Available for all major gun series.
Euro (central) connector plugs and sockets for MIG torch connections. The Euro central connector is the industry standard for quick-change torch connections on European-style MIG welding machines. Available in complete sets and individual components.
Complete range of wire feeder spare parts including pressure arms, wire guide tubes, roller housings, and inlet/outlet guides. These parts maintain precise wire feeding which is critical for stable arc performance and consistent weld quality.
